Returns Policy

Returns
If you're not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. The package must be in the store within 7 business days of requesting the return form.

To do this, you can choose from 2 return options:

  • Returns by post (own costs)
  • Returns are completely FREE in physical stores (Locations vary per item, see product page for the relevant item).
    Want to return an item in-store? Register your return via klantenservice@catchfashion.nl and you'll receive a return form from the nearest location.

If you choose to return in physical store:

This indicates the locations where you can return your item free of charge.

Please note : VILA and Object items can only be returned to our Vila stores. Other brands can be returned to our Vero Moda stores.

Monday: 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

Tuesday to Saturday: 10am and 5pm

If you choose Return by Post:

Request the returns form by email (klantenservice@catchfashion.nl). Returns can always be sent in a single package. Returns with multiple Vero Moda & Vila brands can only be returned to 11 locations. If products are not shipped to the correct location, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from your credit. Please include the completed returns form with your shipment. If this form is not fully completed, we cannot process your return request.

Please request this form via klantenservice@catchfashion.nl if you wish to return your item.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition and include all tags and labels. The product must show no signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have already been used or are damaged through no fault of our own.

Refunds
Once the product has been received in our stores, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 working days.

Returns
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

OBLIGATIONS TO PROCESS RETURNS

  • Provide the return with a track and trace code (own expense)
  • Email the track and trace code to klantenservice@catchfashion.nl on the day of shipment.
  • The return form must be printed and included in the package.
  • The product must be delivered in its original packaging
  • The product is checked for damage caused by the customer, so sending a damaged product due to your own fault will not be processed.

    If the above requirements are not met, the return will not be processed.

Fair use
Catch reserves the right to refuse individuals who excessively use the returns process on catchfashion.nl.

Deactivation of a customer account may also occur when suspicious activity or fraud has been detected.
