Will you be the new face of our store in Papendrecht?

For our VERO MODA/VILA store, we're looking for a driven Shop Manager (28-32 hours per week). You're passionate about fashion, know how to motivate a team, and ensure the store runs smoothly. As Shop Manager, you're the face of the store and the driving force behind the team.

What you will do:

• You manage the team, motivate and coach colleagues on the work floor
• You ensure a commercial, inspiring and well-maintained store image
• You are responsible for staff planning and store objectives
• You welcome customers and help them with the perfect outfit or styling tip
• You process deliveries and keep an overview of stock and store presentation

You are a good fit for us if you:

• Have experience in retail and get energy from managing a team
• Are you a true fashion lover with an eye for styling and commerce?
• You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented and have strong communication skills
• You are flexibly available (also on weekends and during shopping evenings)
• Lives near Papendrecht and likes to make a difference on the shop floor
